Designing Christmas Bells and Using for Web Site Content Box

Create a rounded rectangle using rectangle shape tool.

Press Ctrl+T. Right Click and select Warp.

Adjust the setting as shown.

Enable "subtract from shape area" at the top bar. Create a rectangle using rectangular shape tool.

Enable "Add to shape area" at the top bar.

Create an ellipse using elliptical shape tool.

Press Ctrl+T to transform it as shown below.

Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply settings as shown.

Press Ctrl+T to transform to scale and rotate.

Create a rectangle using rectangular shape tool.

Press Ctrl+T. Right Click and select Warp.

From preset warp shape at the top bar select Arch and adjust the settings as shown.

Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply settings as shown.

Create more curved stripes similarly.

Create a circle using elliptical shape tool. make sure you press shift key while creating this so that it's a circle rather than ellipse.Move this layer below all the layers in layer order in layer palette.

Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply settings as shown.

Select custom shape tool (U). Select Flower 2 shape from the preset fly out menu from the options bar at the top.

Drag it to decorate bell as shown.

Repeat all these steps to make another bell.

Select custom shape tool (U). Select Leaf 5 shape from the preset fly out menu from the options bar at the top.

Create leaves using this tool. Move this layer below all the layers in layer order in layer palette.

Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply settings as shown.

Create few lines using line shape tool.

Repeat few steps to create some more leaves.

Select custom shape tool (U). Select Bow shape from the preset fly out menu from the options bar at the top.

Create a circle using elliptical shape tool. make sure you press shift key while creating this so that it's a circle rather than ellipse.

Select all layers in layer palette. Press Ctrl+G to group. Our christmas bells are done. Now we will create a content box and decorate it with the bells.

Create a rounded rectangle using rounded rectangular shape tool to create a content box.

Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply settings as shown.

Select the bells group layer. Press Ctrl+T and scale down. Move it to the top right of the content box.

Select custom shape tool (U). Select confetti shape from the preset fly out menu from the options bar at the top.

Drag on content box and fill it with white color as shown below.

Populate with relevant text as shown below.
