Set Fill – 20% on this background

Make another stroke of the paint brush of white color like in the picture:

Continue. Use the instrument and draw 6 white ellipses . Choose Blending Options, Drop Shadow parameter and set out like in the picture:

Place everything like here:

Then, on a new background use the instrument and draw the watch hands. Choose again Blending Options, Drop Shadow parameter and display everything like in the picture:
