Creating Pattern

1. Firstly create a new document with Transparent background now take a any new shape as shown below

2. Now copy this shape with press Ctrl+J after that merge all layers

3. Now go to Edit>Define Pattern

4. Here you can type any Pattern name as shown below

5. Now double click on Layer1 and select the Pattern Overlay.

6. Now select the Gradient Overlay and use the settings below

7. Now select the Drop Shadow and use the following settings

8. Now select the Bevel and Emboss and use the following settings as shown below now click ok

9. Now once again, go to Edit> Define Pattern and type any name as you like

10. Here you can see your Pattern in Pattern Overlay as shown below

11. Create a new document with white Background and create a new circle or as you like now create a new layer from the layer window fill with any color after that double click on this layer now select the Pattern Overlay and select the pattern newcleur shape2 . as shown below

12. If you want than apply this Newclear shape as shown below

13. Your image will be look like this as shown below
